Estas condiciones regulan el uso de WardVoice, la aplicación y el servidor que la hace funcionar. Al instalar o usar WardVoice las aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no la uses.
Qué es WardVoice
WardVoice es una herramienta gratuita de chat de voz por proximidad para League of Legends. Ajusta el volumen de cada jugador según la distancia en la partida y usa la infraestructura de voz de Discord. La ofrece [TU NOMBRE COMPLETO], con residencia en Rumanía.
Requisitos
- Necesitas una cuenta de Discord y cumplir sus Condiciones del servicio y sus Normas de la comunidad.
- Debes cumplir las condiciones de Riot Games para League of Legends.
- Debes tener la edad mínima que exigen Discord y League of Legends en tu país.
Uso aceptable
Al usar WardVoice te comprometes a no:
- Acosar, amenazar o insultar a otros jugadores, ni difundir contenido ilegal u odioso por voz.
- Grabar a otros jugadores sin su consentimiento cuando la ley lo exija.
- Intentar obtener posiciones de rivales u otra información oculta, manipular el servidor o modificar la app para conseguir ventaja en la partida.
- Saturar el servidor, adivinar contraseñas de salas o interferir con el servicio de otros.
Podemos bloquear el acceso al servidor a quien incumpla estas normas.
Relación con Riot Games y Discord
WardVoice es un proyecto independiente. No está respaldado por Riot Games ni afiliado a Discord. Funciona gracias a información y servicios de terceros que pueden cambiar en cualquier momento, por lo que WardVoice podría dejar de funcionar total o parcialmente sin aviso previo. WardVoice está diseñado para no leer la memoria del juego ni modificar sus archivos, pero las decisiones sobre tu cuenta de League of Legends corresponden únicamente a Riot Games.
El servicio, tal cual
WardVoice se ofrece gratis y «tal cual»: no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones, que detecte tu posición siempre con exactitud ni que el servidor esté siempre disponible. Haremos lo razonable para que funcione bien.
Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de daños indirectos ni de pérdidas derivadas del uso o de la imposibilidad de usar WardVoice. Nada en estas condiciones limita los derechos que te reconozca la ley de consumo de tu país.
Propiedad intelectual
WardVoice, su nombre, su logotipo y su código son de su autor. Te damos permiso para instalarla y usarla de forma personal. No puedes venderla, redistribuir versiones modificadas ni hacerte pasar por WardVoice.

Cambios y fin del servicio
Podemos actualizar estas condiciones; la fecha de arriba indicará la última versión. Podemos cambiar o cerrar el servicio. Tú puedes dejar de usarlo cuando quieras desinstalando la app.
Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación de Rumanía, sin perjuicio de las normas de protección del consumidor de tu país de residencia que te sean aplicables.

These terms govern your use of WardVoice, the app and the server that powers it. By installing or using WardVoice you accept them. If you don’t agree, don’t use it.
What WardVoice is
WardVoice is a free proximity voice chat tool for League of Legends. It adjusts each player’s volume based on distance in the match and uses Discord’s voice infrastructure. It is provided by [YOUR FULL NAME], based in Romania.
Requirements
- You need a Discord account and must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You must follow Riot Games’ terms for League of Legends.
- You must meet the minimum age required by Discord and League of Legends in your country.
Acceptable use
When using WardVoice you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten or insult other players, or share illegal or hateful content by voice.
- Record other players without their consent where the law requires it.
- Try to obtain enemy positions or other hidden information, tamper with the server, or modify the app to gain an in-game advantage.
- Flood the server, guess room passwords, or interfere with other people’s use of the service.
We may block server access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Relationship with Riot Games and Discord
WardVoice is an independent project. It isn’t endorsed by Riot Games or affiliated with Discord. It relies on third-party data and services that can change at any time, so WardVoice may stop working fully or partly without notice. WardVoice is designed not to read game memory or modify game files, but decisions about your League of Legends account are made solely by Riot Games.
The service, as is
WardVoice is provided free and “as is”: we don’t guarantee it will work without interruptions, always detect your position accurately, or that the server will always be available. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep it working well.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect damages or losses arising from using, or being unable to use, WardVoice. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law in your country gives you.
Intellectual property
WardVoice, its name, logo and code belong to its author. You may install and use it for personal use. You may not sell it, redistribute modified versions, or pass yourself off as WardVoice.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes and ending the service
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. We may change or shut down the service. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to any consumer protection rules of your country of residence that apply to you.
